Three new members have joined the itSMF UK Board, following recent elections.
Rebecca Lloyd, Global Program Director at Kinly, has over 24 years’ experience in IT programme and ITSM leadership, having built her career around delivering customer-centric services, driving continual improvement, and fostering strong relationships between customers, suppliers, and service providers.
At BAE Systems, she led the service integration and operational readiness of collaboration services supporting approximately 40,000 users across the UK.
As an itSMF UK member, Rebecca has been actively involved in the Leadership Council and Women in ITSM, and says she is passionate about mentoring and supporting aspiring leaders, helping to develop the next generation of talent and strengthen our community for the future.
Iain McCracken is Director of Service Delivery at the London School of Economics, and one of Higher Education’s most engaged voices in service management. He sits at the top table of digital leadership across UK HE as an elected Trustee of UCISA and Director of UCISA Services Limited, co-chairing the joint Risk Committee.
Iain believes service management is strongest when practitioners across industries compare notes rather than working in silos, and sees real, mutual opportunity in bringing his sector’s experience to itSMF UK’s broader membership while learning from theirs in return.
With more than 35 years’ experience in IT and service management, Simon Powell is a Principal Service Architect at AtkinsRéalis, a Chartered IT Professional and ITIL Master who has led complex transformation programmes across defence, government, telecommunications, and managed services.
He currently serves as Chair of the itSMF UK Defence Community of Practice, and believes itSMF UK has a unique role to play in developing the next generation of service management professionals, promoting professional standards, and providing a trusted independent forum for collaboration and innovation.
