As a PeopleCert Accredited Consulting Partner, we’ve spent the past four years helping organisations assess their ITSM capabilities using the ITIL Maturity Model.
Recently, we’ve also contributed as a reviewer for the NEW ITIL Performance Benchmarking Model (ITIL PBM), led by Dmitry Isaychenko.
The ITIL Performance Benchmarking Model is intended to provide a structured approach for assessing how effectively an organisation uses and manages digital technology, using a limited set of benchmark-ready metrics to compare performance against industry peers.
As part of the launch, we’d like to invite itSMF UK members to take part in the first international ITIL Performance Benchmarking survey to help establish industry benchmarks for digital technology management.
In return, participants will receive the full benchmarking report (Q2) that will provide insight into how your organisation compares with industry peers across key strategic focus areas.
