Membership Overview

itSMF UK is the country’s leading membership association for service management professionals providing education, content and networking opportunities. Members range from individual service management practitioners to large multinational organisations – examples of which can be seen below.

We have spent the last three decades helping ITSM professionals both to be better and to do better. As the first of an international network of itSMF chapters, we have followed a path of enriching the working lives of our members through our annual conference, variety of member events, professional guidance, focused content, annual Professional Service Management Awards, Leadership Council, skills competency framework based on SFIA, maturity assessment service and our newly introduced mentorship programme.
