SIG Focus Day – SIAM in an ITIL 4 Context

ITIL® 4 represents a paradigm shift for the best practice for IT service management. The service value system, the service value chain, guiding principles…the list of the ‘new’ is impressive and practical.  This Special Interest Group (SIG) focus day will take place on the 09th June in London (venue TBC) with the objective being to pull together enough content to write a white paper “SIAM in an ITIL 4 Context”.

During the day we will precis the key areas of ITIL 4 based around the following topics – : (List not Exhaustive)

  • SIAM and the Service Value Chain
  • SIAM and the 7 Guiding Principles
  • SIAM and the 4 Dimensions of Service Management
  • SIAM in relation to the ITIL 4 Practices

There will be elements of the above sections related to SAFE practices as well.
