|In the face of the difficult market conditions we are operating in, at NAGE we have continued to develop our Service Management approach with a number of improvements. These have developed in the 3 years since receiving the Best IT Submission at the 2007 itSMF Awards with 'The Success Story'|
The aim of this paper is to give a high level account of the continued successes we have achieved within NAGE.
The Service Management team has matured in terms of structure and process. The previous 4 separate disciplines have developed into 6 disciplines with clear roles and responsibilities and effective linkage between processes
