IT Service Pricing
Service pricing is about turning the cost of technology products and services into a consumption-based recharge to the end user, just like one of your utility bills. Conceptually it is no more complex than that, but it has two major benefits which far outweigh the work of getting it off the ground: first, it makes customers think about whether they really need what they're using - in terms of quantity and service level - and second, it makes them think twice before ordering new products and services.
