The is the mid year meeting of the Scottish Region and will take place in the Library (level 4 annexe), the University of
Glasgow

Theme for the day is: "The Future Direction of Service Management and Individual Personal Development in the Profession”
In this session we will examine the future direction of Service Management, our careers and opportunities to develop and the prospects for the Profession in terms of standards and attracting individuals into the Industry going forwards.

We aim to address the questions below:

• Where's Service Management going from the Industry perspective? What are the major challenges we face? What's out there to help us overcome them?

• What initiatives are in place and what resources are available to assist us to develop our Careers? How do we go about accessing these? What are the implications for us and for those who will be involved in the industry in the future?

We have an excellent line up with speakers and presentations from those who are actively involved in leading developments in Service Management and directly from members drawn from their own experiences.
