This meeting is the first of the late afternoon/early evening Regional meetings for the London & South East Region.

The meeting is hosted by Capacitas at their London Bridge office.

You are cordially invited to attend our first trial half-day event in itSMF UK London and South East Region. We have recognised that in these difficult economic times, our members often cannot devote a full day to attending our events. So with the kind help of Capacitas, we have arranged this afternoon meeting.

Capacity Management has been an integral part of ITIL through three versions and positioned as a 'lifecycle' process. In practice however capacity management is either driven from within application development teams or from departments related to production support. In our event we will discuss the advantages or otherwise of each approach backed up with real life experiences.

The day will feature a combination of presentations and networking sessions with other service management professionals facing the same issues. We will tackle the topic from different perspectives, to stimulate and provoke thoughts, ideas, best practice and actions that you can use in your own environment.

There will also be an update from the itSMF UK and the London and South East Region on their latest developments.
