Event Description
The next Continual Service Improvement SIG event is kindly being hosted by Deutsche Bank.
In 2011 the itSMF UK CSI SIG events held in Leeds and Birmingham began to introduce a focus on CSI “the culture” rather than CSI “the function”. Participants appreciated the interactive nature of the sessions and the ideas that this enabled to be generated.

• Someone who works for (or is) “CSI”
What are the expectations?
What are the challenges?
Where do I start?
What’s “in scope”?
• Someone that is “CSI sympathetic”
How are they engaged more?
How can they be enabled to help embed messages and approaches?
• Someone that is “CSI cynical”
What’s in it for me?
Why should I bother?
There are too many problems, there’s no point!
It’s not my job, it’s someone else’s job isn’t it?
We look forward to seeing you there!
