We ‘talk the talk’, but do we ‘walk the walk’? How do you apply best practice across the lifecycle of your business and still maintain the ITSM prime directive “To Deliver Fit for Purpose, Fit for Use IT Services that meet the needs of our business”.
ITIL describes a number of ways that actively enable IT to engage with the business and development organisations. It can be a confusing time for all concerned and especially so when trying to interpret the value of and the relationships between Service Portfolio, Service Catalogue, and Service Level Agreements.
This seminar is targeted to help ensure what you deliver is “fit for purpose” and “fit for use”
It includes presentations from Unilever, Fox IT and a Health professional along with a "Magic Wand" session run by Don Page
Key learning outcomes of this seminar include:
• Understand what service portfolio and service catalogues management do and how they operate
• Learn what are the interfaces and dependencies between Service Portfolio, Service Catalogue and Service Level management
• Learn how Service Catalogues underpin many other service management processes
• Understand what a Service Catalogue looks like
• Understand what a Service Portfolio looks like
• Learn what you need to define in your service catalogue
• Learn why you need a service portfolio to underpin your service catalogue
• Discover the skill profiles of effective service portfolio and service catalogue managers
