The next problem management event will be held in Birmingham on 9th March. BT have kindly donated a room at a location right outside New Street Station.

This will be a SIG working group event. So no presentations - I’m looking for the group to produce the raw material for a white paper. The idea is that we use the latest AXELOS ITIL Practitioner publication as guidance. We then produce problem management specific output related to the improvement guidance contained in that latest publication. It will cover advice on everything from the business case to stakeholder management through training and metrics. This can be used as collateral by ITSMF and a blueprint by all who attend.

So in layman’s terms we will spend a day tearing problem management limb from limb. Everybody who attends will get a credit in the whitepaper when published (think how sexy that looks on your CPD!!) The maximum number of attendees is pegged at 20 so if you want to attend please book early.

Best regards

Barry Corless

Chair, Problem Management SIG
