As internal service delivery models are gradually replaced or supplemented by multi-vendor alternatives, a good understanding of SIAM is essential in helping to maintain service levels and manage change while gaining the benefits of a more flexible approach to sourcing.
This seminar brings together a wide range of perspectives on service integration and management, and showcases work from the ITSMF UK SIAM Special Interest Group. The SIG have been busy developing content in four topic areas:
• Business case
• Process model
• Tooling model
• People and change
In this interactive event, the SIG team will be outlining their progress so far and sharing the benefits of their experience, inviting delegates to contribute their own views and ideas to help further develop our SIAM content and thought leadership.
Keep a lookout on the ITSMF UK website for details of blogs and podcasts that we plan to prepare in advance of the event.
The seminar is aimed at anyone involved in a SIAM programme, whether you are still in the planning stages, in design, build, implementation or run. The interactive nature of the seminar will enable you to shape future leading practices in SIAM, as well as networking with other members. We look forward to seeing you there.
