This Masterclass, led by distinguished ITIL author and ITSM consultant Colin Rudd, provides a brief explanation and discussion of the theory of the service catalogue and then focuses specifically on the practical aspects of creating a catalogue that works. At the end of the event, delegates should be able to design and implement an effective service catalogue for their organisation, recognising the pitfalls to look out for along the way.
