The day’s sessions will include real life stories for Customer Experience at the Met Office, an introductory session to Shift Left and both presentations and discussions about Customer Experience from different perspectives. The day will also include a tour of the Met. Office operation, an update on the latest itSMF developments and plenty of opportunities for questions, networking and discussion as usual.
