What is it?

ITSMF UK Workshops provide a grounding in key areas of service management, with a relaxed and interactive format, practical experience-based discussion, and resources for further research.

This workshop considers how to make CSI part of the service management culture.

Who is it for?

This event is ideal for you if you have some experience of CSI, but want to learn and understand the fundamentals.

What does it involve?

Continual service improvement (CSI) ensures that services are aligned with changing business needs by measuring service performance and identifying relevant improvements. In reality, though, CSI is a complex activity, and making it ‘part of the day job’ can be challenging. This workshop will help you to tackle those challenges head on.
