Our next London and South East Regional Event is on the 19th July 2016, hosted by Fujitsu at their Bracknell Office.
Diverging slightly from the theme-driven days that we have run in the past, this time we have four speakers covering a diverse selection of ITSM-related topics.
As well as being our hosts for the day, Andy Platt and Dave Tucker of Fujitsu will share some of their insights around how to rapidly and effectively respond to changing business requirements. Alex Wood will be considering a variety of approaches to achieve transparency across ITSM processes, and how it can be determined whether some correction is required. Also, Julia Harrison will be leading a discussion on using storytelling to communicate more effectively.
We will also be joined by ITSMF UK CEO Barclay Rae, who will be covering the changing shape of ITSM.
The event will run from 10:00 to 16:00, with registration and refreshments available from 09:30. Lunch will also be provided, and I sincerely hope you can join us for the day.
