10:00 – 10:15     Welcome and ITSMF update


10:15 – 10:55     HP view on service integration


10:55 – 11:00     Coffee


11:00 – 12:30     Next steps for the SIAM SIG 

                                Agree the Terms of Reference for the SIG

                                Develop focus areas and address key questions:

           - What is SIAM

           - What is it not?

           - Develop broad structure for common challenges/questions

           - SIAM tooling

           - SIAM processes (ITSM plus?)

           - SIAM governance, reporting & KPIs

           - SIAM people / cultural / behavioural change
