The primary purpose of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) is to continually align and re-align IT services to the changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements to IT services that support business processes.

This NI regional event takes CSI as its theme and presents three case studies where improvement has been achieved and is being maintained in the Civil Service, Health Service and Local Government.

These improvements have brought about verified external and internal improvement which will be highlighted by the presenters.

We also have pleasure in welcoming the CEO of ITSMF UK, Mike Owen to the event. Mike will give an update to NI members on the vision of ITSMF UK as it helps to reshape the ITSM industry and profession.

I hope to see you there.
