Effective service management


I hope you can attend the next Scotland regional meeting on 17th March at the Edinburgh Training and Conference venue. Presenters:

     

Ian Whyte (Bishops Beech Ltd)  is an independent service management consultant, auditor and lecturer.   He has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience gained from many industry sectors in many parts of the world.   His particular expertise is in implementing and auditing service management processes, and specialises in the application of ISO/IEC 20000 to service management.  Ian is also Chair of the itSMF Scottish region.

    

John Scott is a Business Improvement Specialist for BT plc. He is currently part of the Operational Readiness team making sure new products have the best possible service wrap.  Previously, working on Service Management (ITIL) for major outsourced contracts for BT Global Services.

    

Richard Josey works as an ITSM Solution Architect for Unisys’ Edge Service Management.  He has over 15 years’ experience in Service Management. His consulting has helped drive many organizations in their efforts to implement and embed mature service management processes. Richard is Chair of the BCS Configuration Management Specialist Group (CMSG).
