What are the burning service management issues in your organisation at the moment?

The ITSMF Big 4 topics for 2014 - Back to Basics, Skills, Managing Complexity, and ITSM and Agile - have set the agenda for this year's Forum events and activities. But what should we be focusing on in 2015?

Join chair John Windebank and vice-chair Rosemary Gurney for a Twitterchat on 15th October at 8.00pm to discuss the Big 4 Agenda for the coming year. This discussion, and other member research that we'll be conducting in the next couple of weeks, will lead into a round-table discussion at Conference on 11th November, after which the Agenda for 2015 will begin to take shape.

Make your opinion count - join us for the Twitterchat (remember the hashtag #ITSMBIG4) or conference round-table, or post your views on the ITSMF UK discussion forum!
