Is your Service Level Management process effective? Do you have a meaningful catalogue of services? Are your SLAs fit for purpose? If the answer to any of these is “no”, then this event is for you. Run by members of the Service Level Management SIG, the day will explore Service Catalogues and how to make them work for your business and customers. We will also discuss SLM across the Service Lifecycle.
