itSMF UK’s masterclasses are intensive, interactive events aimed at developing knowledge and skills in key areas of service management. Each one-day event is designed for 10 to 15 attendees and is led by an experienced practitioner who will shape the content to delegates’ specific requirements.

This event, led by distinguished ITIL author and ITSM consultant Colin Rudd, provides a brief explanation and discussion of the theory of the service catalogue and then focuses specifically on the practical aspects of establishing an effective service catalogue. It will include discussions and assignments on:

• The use of a service catalogue
• The blockers and pitfalls
• The enablers
• The structure and design of a service catalogue
• The content and relationship required within a service catalogue.

At the end of the event, delegates should be able to design and implement an effective service catalogue for their organization, recognising the pitfalls to look out for along the way.
