ITIL V3 Qualification Scheme

The itSMF International Qualification and Certification Committee (IQC) have created a fact sheet designed to introduce you to the V3 Qualification Scheme. 

If you are new to Version 3 and are trying to understand the Scheme and how the levels fit together then this document will form a good starting point for you.
