Megan Pendlebury, Service Management Executive, has become one of the first to pass the new ITIL Version 3 Managers Bridge Examination after attending a four-day course with Fox IT in March.Megan Pendlebury After taking part in the pilot program Megan commented that, "The course is still in its infancy so I am pleased to be involved in the development and future direction of the Managers Bridge."
