New Certificate of Contribution for itSMF UK Authors
itSMF UK has launched a new certificate which is awarded to any member whose written contribution is accepted for inclusion in our growing web-based collection of Submissions.
Submissions - which can take the form of white papers, case studies, wall-charts or other types of content -can be downloaded by itSMF members free of charge from the website. They are an essential resource for the organisation, allowing service managers to share in the practical experience and knowledge of their fellow professionals. Every paper is QAed by the Submissions Working Party on the Publications ESC to ensure that all material is of a consistently high standard.
