New ITIL publications - Capability pocket guides, practice questions and more...

Following on from the highly successful ITIL V3 Foundation Handbook, itSMF UK's Publications Committee have written two excellent new pocket reference guides (published by TSO) for those working on the OSA and RCV modules of the Intermediate Capability qualification. These are available now in the itSMF bookshop: ITIL V3 Capability Operational Support & Analysis Handbook (OSA) and ITIL V3 Capability Release, Control & Validation Handbook (RCV). Handbooks for the SOA and PPO modules are in preparation.

Intermediate-level students will also be interested in Passing your ITIL Intermediate Exams, a TSO self-study guide covering both Capability and Lifecycle learning techniques.

And the first of three new ITIL titles from BCS is now available. Written by three members of the ISEB examination panel, IT Service Management Foundation Practice Questions includes an extensive range of practice exam questions complete with explanations and key learning points. The second title in the series - IT Service Management: a Guide for Foundation Exam Candidates - will be launched at the end of January.
