White Paper: CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme and role of ITSM

This new whitepaper was produced by itSMF UK's Sustainable IT Service Management Special Interest Group (SIG).

It aims to provide an overview, for those in the UK IT Service Management (ITSM) community, of the general objectives and shape of the CRC scheme, and of how ITSM could be required to play a significant part in your organisation?s ongoing CRC performance.

This whitepaper is not intended to be a definitive guide on the CRC scheme and should not be used as such. CRC is a mandatory Government scheme that will involve fines for those that do not comply. It is strongly advised that your organisation seeks appropriate guidance on CRC.
