itSMF UK Announces Interim Chairman - Barry Corless
The itSMF UK Management Board unanimously confirmed their acceptance that Barry Corless steps into the post of itSMF UK Chairman with immediate effect. This will be an interim position, until the role will be put to vote at the itSMF's Annual General Meeting in November.
Barry, Head of Education and Consulting at Remarc Group, has been an active member of the itSMF since 1999, after three years as a member of the Events Committee he was appointed to the Management Board in 2005 as Events Chair, he then became itSMF UK Vice Chairman in December 2007.
