itSMF International Chair's Report - October 2007

The itSMF International Board's Chairman Brian Jennings has published his latest report to the Chapters, which is available below.

This covers issues such as the Board's working to establish formal relationships with OGC's business partners, the APM Group and TSO and to establish our own development activities with the ITSM Library and other services.

Also discussed are the ITIL V3 Roadshows that took place during June 2007.
