New priSM credentialing scheme for service managers

Having been established in the UK for over five years, the Institute of IT Service Management is very excited to be moving towards a global scheme for credentialing people in our industry.

The new scheme, priSM (Professional recognition for IT Service Management), which has been running in North America for nearly 12 months will now launch in the UK before a wider roll out into EMEA and Asia Pacific.
