Time for a Change for Service Transition SIG

Following the renaming of the Change Configuration & Release Management (CCRM) Working Party to the Transition Management Working Party in May 2010, the Working Party is looking for additional members to add their ideas and input into future material. The deliverables of the Transition Management Working Party include:

To establish a common code of practice
To provide a continuous review of the Transition Management processes
To facilitate a Forum for discussing issues. (SIG)
To agree a common set of communication channels
To provide articles, white papers and speakers, under the banner of Transition Management, for the various itSMF UK communication vehicles - including ServiceTalk, day seminars, and national conference.

We are looking for more people to join the Working Party to add their ideas and perspectives. Involvement gives you the opportunity to:

Review brand new content related to Service Transition
Create new content for the wider itSMF membership
Speak at itSMF events
