Interest in Starting a Service Design Special Interest Group

We are currently gauging member support for a new special interest group covering Service Design and requirements capture. If you are interested in being involved in this or attending group sessions, please read on.

Joseph Kiddell commented on our LinkedIn discussion group, "Currently the special interest groups have a good coverage of in-life service and handover to live, but to me it feels a little light on getting in early and fixing it from the ground up. I believe early involvement and influence can make a fundamental difference to both the success and cost of new Service Introduction and would like to explore and share the topic with a wider audience."
