There is an urgent requirement for an experienced SACM/Change Manager and a Service Transition Manager, with relevant ITIL qualifications to join the Symantec.cloud team on a permanent basis within the Gloucester area.
These roles will help establish new ways of working that support the tactical and strategic management of an evolving, dynamic IT Operations function. The company is currently going through a period of rapid growth and a transformation improvement programme to move to a full ITIL V3 Lifecycle model.
These are hands-on roles, working with leading edge technology and industry innovators. The environment is fast paced and dynamic with a clear line of sight to the business.
