itSMF UK celebrates 21 years of service management knowledge and vision with its biggest and best conference to date at the Novotel London Hammersmith on 5^th-6^th November. Last year the event attracted 930 delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, including many from oversees chapters, and we're gearing up for an even bigger audience this year!
