They have also asked Dr. Jenny Dugmore to follow up a selection of the survey returns with a 20 minute telephone interview. This is to get more details on the views collected during this survey from a broad base of people. Jenny is a Director of Service Matters, a service management consultancy company. Her career spans senior management, service management and consultancy and she chairs both the BSI committee that developed BS 15000 and the international group responsible for ISO/IEC 20000. She also works with experts in information security.
If you are willing to be contacted for the follow up telephone interview, please tick the box at the end of the survey and provide the contact details requested. If you are selected you will be contacted by email to arrange a convenient time and date.
The views expressed in the survey and any follow up telephone calls will be treated as confidential and will only used for the purposes of assisting BSI with development of our products.
