Introduction
This communiqué to members provides advance notification that the Board of itSMF UK has confirmed that its Annual General Meeting is to take place on Tuesday, 8th November 2011 at 1.30 pm at its Conference at the Novotel London West in Hammersmith.
Further details will be issued shortly, together with voting slips and resolutions, in line with the statutory notification process.
Election
This is a significant Annual General Meeting (AGM) which calls for an election process to be invoked, calling for the nomination of individuals to the Management Board.
The members standing down this time are:
