Transition SIG Chair steps down during Maternity Leave

The Chair of the itSMF UK Transition Management Special Interest Group (SIG) Vawns Guest (CGI) has stepped down during her maternity leave, and hopes to take up the role again from January 2011.

In the Interim Deirdre Conniss (Fujitsu) has agreed to step up as Chair with Pete Kostiuk (NHS Blood & Transplant) as her Vice-Chair.

Both Deirdre and Pete have been involved with this SIG since it was launched in October 2005 (originally as the Change, Configuration & Relaease Management SIG) and been very active members.

The SIG working group wishes to thank Vawns for all her hard work to date and looks forward to her full return in January 2011.
