November e-Symposium

The November e-Symposium "IT Service Automation: Evolving IT to the Next Level of Service Management Maturity" will take place on November 15th 2007 at 09:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.

Registration for the November Event is now available at the itSMF e-Symposium website.

October's e-Symposium "A Strategic Approach to the Service Lifecycle", held on October 24th 2007, was a great success. For those who missed the event, the archives for all itSMF events are available online - even once the new event is online - and free to all members and non-members.
