Future seminar topics - looking for your feedback

We are currently finalising the presentation line-up for our Service Level Management seminar on 7th December 2011, and would like to hear from members about the SLM topics that are most relevant to them.

In 2012 we are planning an informative range of seminars around the UK and, again, we are looking for member feedback on the topics that they are most interested in.

The dates, locations and topics organised in the early part of 2012 so far are:

8th February 2012 - Problem Management - Chelsea FC
7th March 2012 - Change Management - Sheffield City Hall
18th April 2012 - Service Portfolio, Service Catalogue & Service Levels - National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham
