NEW SEMINAR - 'Service Catalogues and How to Apply Them' Repeat
Due to the enormous success and popularity of the 'Service Catalogues and How to Apply Them' Seminar at The National Space Centre in March we are re-running the event in Edinburgh for those who were not able to attend originally due to over-subscription.
The ITIL term "Service Catalogue" is commonly misunderstood. However its importance is now generally recognised, and with ITIL V3 it has moved from being "nice to have" to a business critical asset. Indeed ITIL V3 advocates that a good starting point for any ITIL implementation should be creation of the Service Catalogue. ITIL V3 goes on to recognise the difficulties of creating them and also reflects the reality that it is often better, and easier, to have more than one Service Catalogue.
At the latest itSMF UK seminar four presentations will guide you through the different types of catalogue to consider, their typical content, how to go about creating them, how to maintain their accuracy and some pitfalls to avoid.
NEW SPEAKER: Barclay Rae, Axios Systems: 'Adding Value to IT via the Service Catalogue - Supply Chain Management for IT'
Karen Brusch, RWE IT UK Ltd: 'Service Catalogue: ITIL's enigma - what everyone should know'
Tony Gannon & Peter Burgess, MBA: 'Creating a Business Service Catalogue - A rose by any other name'
Dave White, Fujitsu Services Ltd: 'Service Catalogue: What is it?'
Don Page, Marval: 'Service Catalogue - What's all the fuss about?'
