This year our Conference will be held at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole from 10th – 12th November, our 17th Conference promises to be as spectacular as others with this years theme being "Driving Real Value".
This past year has seen a massive change in the IT Service Management world with the introduction of ITIL Version 3 which brings service management more in line with the day to day business. We aim to highlight the slight changes that any organisation can achieve with little change. With this in mind this year's conference is all about 'real' experiences, values and achievements.
Three days packed of presentations, seminars, workshops and interactive sessions along with an exhibition boasting the best of IT Service Management products.....it's not to be missed!
