Call for Papers 2010
The itSMF UK Annual Conference and Exhibition call for papers is now open. The conference is taking place on the 8th & 9th November in a brand new location – The Novotel London West Hotel.
We are asking potential speakers to submit their papers within one or two of the chosen five areas:
Lessons Learned
Continual Service Improvement
People
Tips & Techniques
Back to Basics.
