Theme for the day: "Risk & Change Management"
Many organisations implementing ITIL Service Management in the near future, or implementing improvements to their existing Service Management structure and setup, will no doubt be focusing on the ITIL core subjects, the processes covered across the ITIL core and performing some sort of base line against 'pain value' and financial losses.
This Midlands regional will offer those of you with the accountability and / or responsibility for implementing or improving the assessment, management and ongoing governance of Risks across your Service Management organisation the opportunity to hear from two organisations that have successfully integrated Risk Management into specific areas of their environments.
The first presentation, by John Hully (Fujitsu Systems), will be focusing on how an organisation was successful in implementing a ERM solution with a major client covering-off areas of Account Management, Project Risk, Sales and Bid Risks as well as covering off Financial and cost and Security Risks. This will be followed by a presentation on Change Management given by Peter Kostiuk (NHSBT)
