itSMF Seminar Terms & Conditions of Booking

Cancellations
1 - Notice must be received in writing to the office.
2 - If less than 5 working days notice - NO REFUND.
3 - Substitutions may be made at any time.
4 - Date of cancellation is as date received in the office - correspondence is date stamped on receipt.

All invoices raised by itSMF are due for settlement in full within 30 days of the date of invoice.

Please note that itSMF Memberships will not be activated until full payment is received. Any discounts will not normally be applied until the membership is activated.
