Welcome to the Continual Service Improvement SIG

The objective of our Special Interest Group (SIG) is to act as a focal point and catalyst for the itSMF UK membership in topics relating to Continual Service Improvement, its definition, implementation and further development. Our aim is to encourage collaboration, sharing of ideas and experiences amongst the membership and to provide thought leadership on these topics to contribute to the further development of Service Management best practice.

At a practical level we prepare and publish collateral, case studies and articles which are designed to help our members develop in these areas though shared experience. We organise public events to ensure we are meeting the needs of the membership and also to provide direction for our efforts. The SIG is run by members for members - so please do send us thoughts and ideas on what you would like to see, use the discussion forum and come along to the next event to network with like-minded colleagues.

We look forward to meeting you at one of our future events.
