Welcome to the North Regional Group
This is the dedicated area for the North Regional Group of itSMF UK and I welcome you.
The North Regional Group is primarily aimed at itSMF members based in the North of England, but like all other regional groups all itSMF members are welcome.
Our aim is to provide a forum where IT professionals can share their service management experiences, both positive and negative, with other IT professionals with the common goal of improving the services we offer to our business and our customers. The regional group has at least 3 scheduled one day events per annum in venues across the north of England. These events free of charge to members and are usually driven by a topic which has been asked for by the group. The days are structured with presentations and discussion sessions providing the opportunity to learn, question, and share experiences with other like-minded professionals.
If you want to play an active role in making the North Regional Group a success by joining the working party, providing a venue or delivering a presentation, please let me know. In any case I look forward to seeing you at one of our North Regional Group events in the future.
