Welcome to the London & South East Regional Group
This is the dedicated area for the London and South East Regional Group of itSMF UK and myself and my team welcome you.
We are conscious that it is becoming increasingly harder for members to attend regional events because of pressures at the work place and our aim is to develop events that give you the maximum value for the day with examples and ideas that you can take back and implement in the workplace.
Our feedback from last year's membership survey has indicated that you most want case studies and war stories showing the benefits (and obstacles) realised using service management (whole or in part) and your committee is focussed on producing events that fit this bill.
We are fortunate to attract keynote speakers to our events and we are keen to explore new ways of delivering our events so that they meet your needs. At the heart of our events is networking as we regard the interchange of ideas and experiences as being mutually beneficial
These are your events and we look to you for guidance in shaping our programme so if there is a particular topic that you would like to cover or if you would like to host or speak at an event then please let us know.
So if you want to find out the latest thinking, experience networking and interactive events, hear keynote speakers or just want to catch up with colleagues - then come along to our events, you will be very welcome!
