Annual Conference, Exhibition and Awards - ITSM13

We also host the annual ITSM Awards Dinner on the Monday night at Conference, with categories including:

Seminars

Seminars are one-day events on Service Management topics with an accompanying exhibition. There are on average 6 seminars per year and these are available to both members and non-members. Each event is sponsored and normally will include 4 presentations from member organisations. They take place in locations throughout the UK, in towns such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh.

  • Sourcing and Supplier Management (18 Sept)
  • Putting the Right Skills in Place (5 Dec)

Masterclasses

Our new ITSM Masterclass series are intensive, interactive events aimed at developing knowledge and skills in key areas of service management. Each one-day event is designed for 10 to 15 students and is led by an experienced practitioner who will shape the content to students' specific requirements.

Following our successful pilot events on Service Catalogue and Problem Management, our forthcoming masterclasses will include:

  • Understanding SFIA (11 June)
  • Implementing CSI (9 July)
  • Incident Management, large and small (9 Oct)

Regional meetings

We run six regional groups around the country with the meetings available to members only (members can attend any group's meetings). Each region has an elected chair and vice-chair and holds three meetings per calendar year. These meetings are interactive sessions which include workshops, networking and relevant presentations linked to the day's topic.

Special Interest Groups

We currently run a number of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that look at either specific topics within Service Management or specific sectors in our industry. Each group is run by a working party that delivers public meetings around the country.
