Seminars are one-day events on Service Management topics with an accompanying exhibition. There are on average 6 seminars per year and these are available to both members and non-members. Each event is sponsored and normally will include 4 presentations from member organisations. They take place in locations throughout the UK, in towns such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh.

The ITSM Big4 Agenda Twitterchats provide an opportunity for members to meet once a month on Twitter to exchange ideas and catch up with the latest ITSM thinking.
The January meeting (15th Jan, 8pm) will be led by Andie Kis of Tata Consultancy Services, who will be talking about the Back to Basics agenda item; in February (12th Feb, 8pm), service management consultant and trainer Stuart Rance will discuss Agile/DevOps and ITSM; while the topic for March (12th March, 8pm) is Skills, led by Matthew Burrows of BSMimpact.

Our Tool Integration Forums go beyond a simple comparison of individual point solutions, exploring the experiences of users, vendors and consultants in providing genuine integration and interoperability of their tools.

We run six regional groups around the country with the meetings available to members only (members can attend any group's meetings free of charge, but must register to attend). Each region has an elected chair and vice-chair and holds three meetings per calendar year. These meetings are interactive sessions which include workshops, networking and relevant presentations linked to the day's topic.

We currently run a number of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that look at either specific topics within Service Management or specific sectors in our industry.
