Events Offered

itSMF offers a wide selection of events to both its members and non-members. Members will receive membership discounts when booking onto the paid for events.

Conference

A 3 day event that includes seminars, exhibition and networking opportunities. This takes place annually and is available to both members and non-members

Seminar

1 day events that cover Service Management topics and exhibition, with at least 8 events per year and available to both members and non-members

Regionals

We have 10 regional groups with the meetings available to members only. Each region holds meetings on a quarterly basis and the day contains both presentations, workshops and networking opportunities.

Special Interest Groups

We currently run a number of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that look at either specific topics within Service Management or specific sectors in our industry. Each group is run by a working party that delivers public meetings 3 or 4 times a year around the country.

e-Symposium

These are monthly online half day conferences, with ITSM related topics, and made available to all  international Chapters. These events are available to both members and non-members. For further details please visit itSMF e-Symposium

Simulations

New for 2008  these are an active way of learning "how to" and are available to both members & non-members - more details to be announced soon.
