Our 18th Annual Conference and Exhibition will once again be held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole and of course we plan to make it even more successful than last years; which was rated "the best yet" by our members, with approximately 1,200 attendees from over 45 nations.
This year we have revamped our programme to ensure true value and are now hosting 60 seminars and interactive sessions, the itSMF Service Management awards, plus the 80 strong exhibition over two days, with our theme: "Optimising IT Services for Business Success" being echoed across the entire event.

Submissions are now being accepted for the 2009 itSMF UK IT Service Management Industry Awards. The IT Service Management Awards are awarded annually, and are recognised as genuine industry-wide awards for outstanding achievement in the field of Service Management.
