What is the conference?
If you are interested in the delivery and support of IT services and the essential concepts behind service management you should be attending this year's itSMF UK conference.

Where and when is the conference?
A new location this year - The Novotel London West is a purpose built conference venue; no other London venue is as well equipped or versatile, it is centrally located just minutes from three major tube stations, outside the congestion zone and just a 20 minute drive from London Heathrow.
The conference will take place on 8th-9th November 2010.

Pre-registration
The pre-registration period has now closed (22nd March). Thanks to all 260 who pre-registered, you now have exclusive access to our our new conference website and our early bird booking prices (20% discount) until the 5th April.

§ Our new conference microsite will be released to everyone on 5th April, this will include the full details about this years conference, interactive exhibition floorplan, booking offers/options and much more!
§ Early bird booking places this year are limited therefore pre-registered delegates will have access to these for a priority booking period 24th March – 5th April. The early bird offer will then open to all on 5th April, provided places remain.
§ The conference programme is being compiled at the moment and this year has undergone a make over with invited speakers, discussion groups and analysts. We aim to have 50% of this released in time for our microsite launch!
