Still time to nominate Service Innovations and Champions for our annual awards!

About the awards

The IT Service Management Awards recognise outstanding achievement and significant contribution to the world of IT Service Management, showcasing the people and organisations that are at the forefront of the industry.

Nominations for the annual awards are accepted from the industry as a whole. Eligibility and judging criteria for each event are clearly defined in the documents below. The nominations will be assessed by a totally impartial panel of judges, drawn from experienced industry professionals. All finalists and winners will be announced at our prestigious Awards Dinner, and will receive their award from this year's host, the award winning comedian and Comic Relief co-founder Lenny Henry. The dinner takes place on the 7th November 2011 at the Novotel London West.

We are still accepting nominations for service innovation of the year and service management champion of the year. To download your award information pack, which includes criteria, eligibility and an application form, please click on the relevant link below.
